Shipping and Delivery
We ship to select countries worldwide. For a current list of supported shipping destinations, the customer should check our shipping calculator at checkout or contact us at legal@humansweatrecords.com.
- US Orders: Shipping is handled by USPS, UPS, and FedEx, as selected by the customer at checkout.
- International Orders: Orders are shipped from our US warehouse, and delivery times may be sensibly longer than the estimates provided by carriers.
International Orders - Import Duties and Customs
⚠️ IMPORTANT - International customers must read this section carefully.
Orders placed by customers outside the United States are subject to import duties, customs taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, and other charges imposed by the importing country's authorities. The customer is entirely responsible for paying all such charges in full to accept delivery of the order. Human Sweat Records has no control over these costs and cannot predict or refund any import-related charges.
What the customer should expect:
- Customs authorities will assess import duties based on the declared value of the goods
- These charges may include but are not limited to: customs duties, import taxes, VAT (where not collected at checkout), brokerage fees, and handling fees
- The carrier will notify the customer of any charges owed
- The customer must pay these charges in full before the carrier will release the goods
- Amounts vary by country and are determined entirely by the importing country's regulations, which Human Sweat Records cannot control or predict
European Union - VAT Handling via IOSS: For customers in the European Union, Value Added Tax (VAT) is collected at checkout via the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) system and is remitted by our service provider. The customer will not face additional VAT charges upon delivery. However, the customer remains responsible for any customs duties, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges assessed by customs authorities.
Refused Delivery Due to Customs Charges: If the customer refuses delivery of the order due to customs charges, import duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or any other import-related costs, the customer forfeits all rights under the statutory 14-day withdrawal right. The customer remains responsible for all costs associated with returning the goods to Human Sweat Records, including return shipping. The goods will be returned to sender at the carrier's discretion, with all return shipping costs charged to the customer. Human Sweat Records will not reship goods that have been refused and returned, and no refund will be issued.
By placing an order for international delivery, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for all import-related charges and understands that refusal to pay these charges may result in forfeiture of the order and any statutory consumer protections.
Return Shipping for Withdrawal
If the customer is exercising the right to withdraw from a purchase (EU/UK consumers), the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. The customer must ship the goods within 14 calendar days of submitting the withdrawal notice, and goods must arrive at our address within 30 calendar days of the withdrawal notice for the refund to be processed.

We recommend using insured, tracked shipping to protect goods during transit. Human Sweat Records is not responsible for goods lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

Pre-Order Information
When purchasing pre-order items, the customer should note the following:
- Pre-order release dates are estimated and subject to change due to manufacturing delays.
- The customer's entire order will ship when all items (including pre-orders) are in stock.
- If the customer needs in-stock items sooner, the customer should place separate orders.
- Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase, not when the item ships.
- Pre-order status updates will be sent via email when significant changes occur.
- Product appearance may vary: Mock-up images are for reference only. Final vinyl colors, packaging design, and other visual elements may differ to any degree from what is shown. See the Terms of Service for details on product variations.
Pre-Order Shipping Policy: Human Sweat Records cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for pre-order items. We will ship the customer's order as soon as all items become available.
Colored Vinyl Notice: All colored vinyl records exhibit natural variations in appearance. Each copy may look significantly different from product photos, especially "random" or "recycled vinyl" variants. These variations are normal and not considered defects.
Vinyl LP Shipping Specifications
All vinyl LP orders are shipped using professional mailers designed for optimal protection. Orders of up to two LPs (or one double LP) ship in a 15" x 12.75" x 0.8" wrap mailer with reinforced edges for additional protection. Orders of 3 or more vinyl records ship in a white tab box with front lock tabs for added security and protection. To minimize potential damages such as seam splits or jacket wear, some albums are shipped in their protective inner sleeve, separated from the jacket, while others may ship inside the jacket with protective plastic wrap. At this time, we cannot merge orders or provide partial shipping refunds. Customers are responsible for understanding these shipping conditions prior to purchase.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate shipping information when placing an order. If an error is detected by our team, we will attempt to contact the customer. Otherwise, the order will be shipped as entered, and the customer will be responsible for any issues, with no refund available.
Automatic Shipping Insurance: Orders with a total value of $60 USD or more (including product cost and shipping) are automatically covered by full shipping insurance at no additional charge. This insurance covers the complete order value against damage, loss, mis-delivery, or theft during transit. For insured orders that experience these issues, customers must contact us at legal@humansweatrecords.com with their order number and evidence to file a claim. Orders under $60 are not insured and are shipped at the customer's risk.
Super Mega Club Member Benefit: Active Super Mega Club members on Patreon receive free shipping (up to $10 USD per order) for every 5 consecutive months of membership. If the shipping cost exceeds $10, the customer is responsible for the difference. Free shipping credits are applied automatically when the customer reaches the milestone. If membership is cancelled or lapses before reaching 5 months, the tenure count resets. Learn more about Super Mega Club benefits in the Terms of Service.
Please note: Human Sweat Records ships from Texas state, USA. We aim to ship orders within 5-10 business days, regardless of the carrier or shipment preference. We offer the following shipping options: Media Mail for US customers and economy international shipping for customers outside the USA. For orders under $60, these carrier options are void of warranty, insurance, and guarantee, and we are unable to provide support or offer replacements in the event of damage or loss. Orders of $60 or more are automatically insured as described above.
